On Sunday, November 9th, 2025, women from across Enugu State gathered once again at the Michael Okpara Square for the November edition of the Enugu Women Monthly Prayer Network—a monthly fellowship dedicated to interceding for families, communities, and leadership across the state. The atmosphere was filled with worship, gratitude, and heartfelt intercession as women lifted united prayers for peace, stability, and continued progress in the state.
The November gathering witnessed a remarkable blend of stakeholders, including members of the Enugu State APC Caretaker Committee, notable women leaders, and representatives from local government areas across the state. Also in attendance was the Deputy Leader of the State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane C. Eneh, who once again joined the women in fellowship. Her presence and consistency to the program continue to reflect her alignment with values of faith, unity, and collective well-being of the people and the state.
Participants described the gathering as spiritually refreshing, noting that the diversity of women from different political backgrounds worshipping together demonstrated a shared commitment to the greater good of Enugu State.
“This gathering reminds us that when women stand together in prayer, we rise above division. It strengthens both our homes and our state,” a participant remarked
The session concluded with collective prayers for state leaders, families, the economy, and the peace of Enugu.
As the December edition approaches, the call remains open to every woman of faith—from rural communities to the urban, from public offices to private endeavours—to continue taking a place in this circle of intercession. The Enugu Women Monthly Prayer Network continues to grow not only in numbers but in unity, purpose, and spiritual upliftment across the state.
Truly, our Tomorrow is Here!
